Terms of Service

Plain-language terms for using Mocklist (mocklist.com), operated by Vice City Apparel & Prints, Miami, Florida ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. What Mocklist is

Mocklist is a web tool for print-on-demand sellers: it places designs on model photos, cleans up and exports design files, generates designs and listing text with AI, and writes listing text you can paste into Etsy, Shopify or any store.

2. Your account

3. Your content and your rights

4. AI features

Generated designs, enhanced images, completed edges and listing text are produced by third-party AI models from your instructions. They are drafts: check them before you use them. AI output can be wrong, can resemble other works, and may not be eligible for copyright protection in some places. You decide what to publish, and you're responsible for it.

5. Plans, credits and payment

Paid monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Account โ†’ Manage billing; you keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, then return to the Free plan.

Each plan includes a monthly number of AI credits. One credit is one AI action (for example: generating a design, AI enhance, completing edges, or writing a listing). Mockups, background removal and vectorizing don't use credits. Switching plans doesn't reset credits you've already used that month.

Founder is a one-time payment that gives Pro features and Pro's monthly AI credits for the lifetime of the Mocklist service, not your lifetime. If Mocklist shuts down, Founder access ends with it; we'll give at least 60 days' notice. Founder access is personal to your account and can't be transferred or resold.

6. Fair use

Don't attack, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service, use it to send spam, or automate it beyond normal personal use. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.

7. Marketplace connections

Mocklist doesn't connect to, or publish to, your Etsy, Shopify or other store accounts. You copy the listing text and upload the files yourself. Those marketplaces' terms apply to what you publish there.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Mocklist running, but it's provided "as is" without warranties, and features can change or be retired. We'll give reasonable notice for changes that affect paid plans.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales, lost profits or marketplace suspensions.

10. Ending the service

You can delete your account by emailing us. We may close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut Mocklist down, we'll give at least 60 days' notice. Your model photos, designs and collections are kept in your own browser on your device, not on our servers.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Questions: hello@mocklist.com.

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the app.
